Does a monument sign need engineered drawings?

Usually yes. Ground signs carry a foundation and a wind load, and most Texas jurisdictions want sealed drawings with the permit application. We handle that as part of the permitting step.

Can you add tenant panels to an existing monument?

Often, yes. Send a photo of the existing sign with your quote request and we will tell you whether the cabinet can take additional panels or whether the face needs to be rebuilt.
