Our shop, our fabrication, our installation crews and our equipment are all in Northwest Houston and the North Cypress area. It is where most of our work is and where we can be on your site fastest.

Being based in Houston does not mean the work stops there. We have the fabrication capacity, the equipment and the crews to take a project anywhere in the state, and we do.
Why we ask for the address
The sign code changes at the city line.
Texas is not one jurisdiction and neither is Greater Houston. Every city and county writes its own sign ordinance, and that is what decides sign area, height, setback, and whether it may be illuminated at all.
The landlord’s own criteria then sit on top of that. So we do not quote a sign against a city name. We check the code at your specific address during the site survey. Finding a height limit on paper costs nothing. Finding it at plan review costs a rebuild.
