About this project.
This is what most retail pad sites actually look like: a single monument structure carrying more than one business, with each tenant getting a panel rather than a sign of their own.
Vita Dental's panel sits below a neighboring tenant on the same structure. Working within a shared monument means matching the existing cabinet, the panel size, and the illumination that is already there.
The letter set is photographed lit and staged on the ground before mounting, a useful look at what an illuminated letter actually is before it goes up on a wall.
